Gearing up has been nothing but amazing to me and my family for a long time now. I’ve personally worked with Antonette for personal sessions along with skills classes for over a year now. My depression and anxiety are minimal and I process daily stress better than I ever expected to. I would highly recommend her to anyone I can!

We recently had our initial consultation with Sylvia and left feeling incredibly hopeful and optimistic about the support our son will receive. From the start, Sylvia was warm, attentive, and deeply knowledgeable. The entire conversation felt comfortable, and we felt heard and understood as parents. It was clear that they genuinely care about creating a positive and personalized experience for our son. We really appreciated how Sylvia took the time to understand our concerns and shared their approach in a way that made us feel confident moving forward. We’re excited to begin the therapy process with Omari and look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have on our son. If this initial meeting is any indication, we’re certain we’ve found the right fit for our family.
