My family has benefitted so much from the DBT program at Gearing Up. I don’t know where we would be today without them. I’ve never known anyone as dedicated to helping people as Dr. Gearing. I’m thankful she is part of our journey through therapy.

I have been benefiting from DBT at Gearing Up for about a year and a half. June is teaching me many new skills to help me regulate my emotions. These include mindfulness and meditation as well as reframing my thoughts and gratitude. I am making progress with my anxiety and depression. I believe it can help anyone seeking to make progress in their mental health journey.
