Med pushers that ask you what sort of diagnosis you want, and then prescribe the most harmful medication they can so they can keep squeezing money out of you. The provider I had was very kind but definitely tried loading up my diagnoses to prescribe more meds. Office staff is a joke, good luck trying to get ahold of a real person.

This psychiatric group is a trainwreck. The office staff is a joke, and it's a miracle to get them to ever answer the phone, let alone to call you back. Tonya Beach, the office manager, is so rude. She bullies and swears at you if she doesn't just hang up on you. I was seeing Trisha Jobman APRN-NP for over 7 years. We had created a bond and trust until I was informed that I was being dropped. There was no NO reason given after 7 years with no problems. The only hiccup was my Pharmacy had called them to okay me paying cash for one pill since Medicaid had said I could fill it on Monday and then changed it to Friday (not an early fill). I was dropped directly after this. I have been using the same pharmacy for over 10 years, and red flags would have definitely been raised if I was suspected of medication abuse. I am almost sure that Trisha was bullied into dropping me by the office manager, Tonya, the office gatekeeper. Trish didn't even have the decency after an 8 year patient/provider relationship to tell me personally. Because I pushed the issue and threatened legal action, Trisha saw me for one last telehealth appointment and emailed me a flowery letter stating she was dropping me. She also refused to give a reason why they were dropping me during the telehealth appointment and threatened to stop the appointment if I continued to ask. If I was that much of a problem patient or needed more advanced psychiatric services, why was she only seeing me over telehealth every 3 months for approximately 15 minutes or less to get my medications filled? Of course, she billed Medicaid for the full hour, though. Why didn't she have me do in-office visits monthly? She's actually a pretty good nurse practitioner, but I think she's got too many irons in the fire by taking on too many patients and also working a second job on staff at Cherry County Hospital in Valentine, NE. Who knows where else. I feel betrayed and abandoned. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the professional licensure division of HHS and the nursing board. I won't go into all the unethical practices she personally used because that will compromise the investigation. I'm hoping this review will help even one person avoid this office and avoid the drama that comes with this group.
