Disappointed. I received multiple calls to confirm an initial appointment and to collect information I had already provided. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but it is quite disappointing to have my first therapy session canceled just hours beforehand. I do not feel comfortable moving forward with scheduling another appointment. Ive decided to look for alternatives. I hope you can take steps to improve your scheduling process, especially for individuals seeking help for the first time. This is a significant step for them, and a smooth process can make all the difference.

I am so grateful for Dr. DeJean and the staff at this office - they are incredible! Every appointment feels like progress, I never find myself repeating things we went over in past appointments and we always take off right where we last spoke. I can honestly say Dr. DeJean genuinely cares about the health and well-being of her patients and I always feel comfortable sharing everything and anything with her. She is very mindful during our appointments and asks great questions. Thankful we met during Covid when I needed a Dr. who could accommodate virtual appointments and I haven’t left since! Thank you for making time for me even when we don’t have a scheduled appt if I have a question or two! You have helped me in more ways than you know!
