As a pediatric psychiatric nurse practitioner, I am often helping families find therapists and neuropsychologists they can trust. I feel very comfortable recommending Grow Wellness to the families I work with. Parents frequently share that communication is clear, their children feel understood, and families feel well supported throughout the process.

My experience with this practice became increasingly concerning over time. The therapist working with my child demonstrated a clear inability to navigate high-conflict co-parenting dynamics and missed key manipulative patterns that were directly impacting treatment. Despite repeated, polite requests for communication and collaboration, I received almost no meaningful updates for months. Only after escalating to the office manager did I receive any follow-up. The discharge documentation we were eventually provided was incomplete, inaccurately worded, and did not reflect the sessions. When I raised these concerns professionally and asked for clarification, the owners responded by deflecting, offering no acknowledgment, and abruptly escalating the situation by stating it would be handled through their attorney — though no legal contact was provided. The lack of accountability, transparency, and professionalism from both the clinician and leadership is deeply disappointing. For parents navigating high-conflict or sensitive co-parenting situations, I would strongly caution against this provider. Balanced communication, discernment, and ethical handling are essential in those cases, and that was not our experience here. Our clinician was Linda Smith.
