Dr. Helmer is one of the kindest, most honest, and highly educated people/clinicians I have ever had the privilege of working with. I have been his patient for over 2 years and have seen such an incredible improvement in what had been life long mental health struggles. Through our work together I have been able to start making actual peace with my past and truly being living my own life! I cannot recommend him enough :)

HMH is a place I confidently refer clients to. Bailey and her team are excellent at the therapy work that they do and I know my clients are in good hands when I send them their way. They are also great community members with trying to bring mental health awareness to the community at large through collaborating with other providers and businesses in the area that also support mental health growth.
