Heather is wonderful. She has helped me in way I didn't realize I needed help. She help me realize that I can move forward from my trauma. Life is not just a routine but it can also be beautiful even its darkest time. She has shown me how to grow as a mother, a daughter, a sister, a partner, and most importantly how as a person. Life is not always easy I have good day and I have bad but with her help I have learned how to overcome and move forward. Thank you for all of your help.

I cannot recommend Heather enough from the first session she has created a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Her ability to listen and offer advice is like no other person I have met. I have grown so much as a person and Heather has helped me in so many ways. If you are looking for an overall great therapist, Heather is the one!
