From the moment I walked in as a new patient, I immediately knew I was dealing with an excellent group of people. The office is modern, cozy, welcoming and it even smells amazing. The decor is top-notch, and I can tell a lot of care went into creating a calm, comfortable space. You definitely won’t feel like you’re in a factory or a cold medical office just after your money. I’m currently receiving TMS treatment here, and this clinic truly feels like family. Everyone is genuine, friendly, and attentive, always addressing me by name and making sure I feel respected and cared for. TMS requires consistency coming in almost every day for 36 sessions, but they make it something you actually look forward to. They are very flexible when it comes to scheduling sessions which is very important as well. Dr. Hidalgo would often stop by during treatments to check on how I am feeling, which says a lot about his dedication and compassion. Dr. Cabrera is an absolute superstar when it comes to empathy. She greets me every single time I’m there and always checks in with genuine concern. Tech Virgen is outstanding at what she does, making sure I am comfortable and keeping me engaged during my sessions. The rest of the staff are total rockstars, always kind, professional, and full of positive energy. I’m truly grateful to have found this place. The combination of expertise, warmth, and genuine care here is something rare and feels amazing. If you are considering TMS therapy, I can’t recommend Hidalgo TMS enough. They make healing feel personal, hopeful, and even enjoyable.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Hidalgo Tms and the entire team. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely cared for and supported. The staff is incredible, and Virgen, the Tms technician, is truly a saint, her name couldn’t be more fitting. Her kindness, patience, and compassion make every session feel safe and uplifting. Dr. Hidalgo and Dr. Cabrera are absolutely heaven sent. I feel so blessed to have come across them. They listen, they care, and they are helping me so much on my journey. Their expertise combined with their genuine empathy has made a profound difference in my life. I’m deeply grateful for everything they do, and I would recommend them 1000%.
