The Dr I was working with for months suddenly left the practice 6 months ago and she gave me a number for her coworker who she said I could continue seeing to say on my current medication. That was 6 MONTHS ago... I ran out of my medication after rationing it for the last month and now I'm completely off my medication that I've been on for 18 years. On the phone I've tried the office option, my old drs option all the other drs just trying to get someone to answer and no one has called me back and I haven't gotten anything except voicemails. I'm reporting this place for medical negligence. Please don't go here

I feel really bad for leaving a negative review, so to clarify this is for THE OFFICE / RECEPTIONISTS ONLY (in 2019 pre-COVID) - my experiences with my doctor once I finally got in have been the best I've had in the area. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of the office; there was no way to contact them online, the only option was a telephone number that no one would answer during business hours. They also did not return calls from the multiple voicemails I left them. Once I finally got ahold of someone - I had to stop by IN PERSON to get someone to actually listen to me, and tell me what the next steps were to get care. The insurance information on their website was not accurate at the time. There was a mandatory prospective patient telephone interview with someone who was NOT a doctor, who was very cold/impatient, and asked some frankly offensive questions. Why they can't just schedule a initial consultation with a psychiatrist like other offices? After I finally got a first appointment, I filled out all the forms and gave the receptionist my cc info for payment, then several months later they sent me angry voicemails/emails demanding payment info that I "hadn't provided." Did they lose some of my paperwork?? Restrooms are locked with keys behind the reception desk (have fun if your appointment is after the reception team leaves) with no gender neutral option. My individual psychiatrist is amazing, but Hudson Psychiatric Associates needs to fire their whole reception team and start from scratch IMO.
