I’ve had the privilege of working closely with the therapists at Hyland & Associates, and I’m always impressed by the level of care they provide. Their team is made up of truly compassionate counselors who lead with empathy, support, and professionalism. I’ve seen clients benefit greatly from their CBT counseling for anxiety and depression, marriage counseling, and teen counseling services. Their commitment to helping individuals and families in Irvine feel understood and supported is genuine and consistent. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality therapy.

What an amazingly wise, sweet, smart and considerate therapist Tammy is, as well as her group. Have been working with her for some time now (not as frequent, made leaps of progress.) Had very bad Depression and severe ADHD as well as personal struggles . She has helped me get out of a dark hole I was in 3 years ago and made me become such a stronger and wiser woman. Very easy and sweet therapist who helps me with coping techniques and strength to keep moving forward during the obstacles of life. Blessed to have met her. Highly suggest!!!
