I’ve been seeing Omar for a couple months now and couldn’t be happier! I’ve had to go though a couple therapists to find the right match and I’m glad I found it here. The front desk is always very helpful and kind as well.

Ideal Mental Health is where I'd recommend any of my friends. Their staff is some of the best and I've had nothing but positive experiences. The therapists genuinely care for their clients. I've always felt heard, and I've been impressed with the energy my therapist has put in the time and research to anything new to them.
