These negative reviews are shocking to me. I have not really had to deal with any of the staff. I do everything through the portal and communicate with my psychiatrist directly and have had no issues. Dr. Jennifer Greco is my psychiatrist here. I also saw her before she worked here. She is the best psychiatrist I have ever seen--and I have seen plenty. She correctly diagnosed me and treated me properly when my previous provider had me all messed up. The day I have to look for another psychiatrist will be a sad day. She is very easy to talk to, kind, and thorough.

The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and not compassionate! I was polite, curtious, and met with a nonchalant attitude. They waste your time on the phone and don't even make sure they can service you before creating an account for you. I've had people talk to me better in fast food places. And this is supposed to be a mental health facility. Horrible first impression of this establishment and clearly i'm not the only one. The owner needs to take some accountability and I judge any psychiatrist that works alongside these receptionist/ appointment schedulers.
