I've been really resistant to working in any traditionall therapeutic model as every experience I have had to date has felt too thin, too copy and paste, and not tailored to my specific neurodiverse brain's needs. As soon as I reached out to Integrative Psych I felt differentnt about the experience. Yvonne was incredibly friendly and helpful in answering my questions about the process as well as taking the time to make sure I was placed with the right therapist for my needs and personality. I've been working with Shayna weekly now for about 2 months and already feel so much more support in every way. She's incredibly adept at navigating my complexity and never making me feel "othered" or talked down to. I am so happy I reached out and I believe I will continue working with Shayna for a long time to come.
