Julie is thee best in the business! Her sessions are so beneficial to becoming your best self as long as you trust her and are open, so she can help you help yourself. Listen to Julie, she’ll help you fully 😉. I’m so blessed that I found her because my life could have totally took a turn for the worst. Through our sessions she helped me not to catastrophize and just live in the moment and not in my head. My peers that suffered through the same issues I went through have now lost the love for the game and are pursuing other avenues. Because of Julie, I continued my professional basketball career and took it to another level. Over time, this spilled over into other areas of my life and even allowed me to sleep better at night. She is heaven sent and second to none. I thought all psychologists were this good until I heard horror stories and I realize how fortunate and instrumental Julie has been in my life.
