Dr Walks and his team are professionalism at its finest. This is an establishment that cares about its patients progress and wellbeing. I feel that his Methods of Treatment is textbook and also Personal life experiences. Each session feels as though the weight of the world becomes lighter & lighter. I am advising anyone to join the experience of learning about yourself and the world around you.

All the reviews about the admin staff are true. I read it but still decided to start care with Dr. Walks. Terrible decision. He is great but that doesn’t do anything when you can’t get in touch with him for urgent issues , when you can’t get any response from the office for other requests including making appointments/getting refills . They ignore your emails. When you call , they take a message and they won’t follow up. This is unacceptable specially for type of service they provide. I will have to find another doctor. It’s unfortunate because I really like Dr. Walks. ** Edit June 27 2025** I have seen him 4 times since December 20th 2024. They never billed my insurance until I followed up with them and asked why they aren’t billing my insurance , I didnt see any claims , because I don’t want any surprises later. They just (June 2025) sent all the visits claim to my insurance. Insurance denied them for the December 2024 claim because they billed outside of the required time. What a shame ?? I wonder how much money they lose like this. Disorganized with patient care and also collecting their money 🤦🏾‍♀️
