John A. Lundin, Psy.D. Psychologist

Dr. Lundin is a wonderful and highly experienced psychologist and psychotherapist. He has a great capacity to listen deeply and carefully to his psychotherapy patients and he does so in a way in which his intelligence, warmth, and care comes through to create an atmosphere of safety and exploration.

I am a clinical psychologist , practicing in the Bay Area since 1988. For several years beginning in 2009, I ran a consultation group of psychologists as part of an organization called A Home Within This nonprofit paired psychologists in the community with foster children and provided ongoing pro bono psychological services on a weekly basis to children in the foster care system. John Lundin was an original member of my consultation group, and he has remained an active member of A Home Within for the last 17 years. After the consultation group ended , I continue ( and still continue) to refer patients to John. I think very highly of John as a therapist. He is an extremely well trained, very experienced and very compassionate therapist . I give him my highest recommendation as a therapist.
