I just want to start off by saying this program has changed my life/well-being drastically. Lakeitha has had such an amazing impact on my life and I am thankful that I followed through her program. Her guidance and communication was incredible. It has been 2 months out of the program, and I am still following the tools she has provided for my well-being. Not only did I end the program with a great health coach/mentor, but I also gained a new friend. Very thankful!

My personal life/health coaching experience with Kairos Coaching by Lakeitha Brown was extraordinary. She gave me insight on ways to improve my health/life in areas where I lacked. Her non-bias/judgment free approach and communication throughout the program created a comfortable and exciting environment. She assisted me in setting realistic goals and provided encouragement to see them through. I cannot fully express my gratitude for what she has done. I must simply say THANK YOU! If you are looking for the door she will hand you the "key" to create your own sucessful outcome!
