As a child and adolescent psychologist in the area, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with Erin and Kaizen Counseling and have been consistently impressed. Erin is warm, insightful, and highly experienced with a friendly and grounded demeanor that helps teens and families feel immediately at ease. Erin was actually the one who reached out to me when I first created my professional Facebook page, and that thoughtfulness and initiative really reflects who she is as a colleague: reliable, collaborative, and genuinely invested in supporting kids and families in our community. From a clinical standpoint, Erin brings a strong foundation in CBT, DBT, and ACT that she blends with a very person-centered, individualized approach. She has a great grasp of complex adolescent issues including ADHD/executive dysfunction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and school avoidance. I appreciate that Erin communicates promptly, collaborates thoughtfully across providers, and brings a level of professionalism and warmth that makes coordinated care easy. I am very confident referring teens and families to Erin and Kaizen Counseling, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
