I called with concerns about our son's medication. They wouldn't give any advice until we brought him in (so they could get paid for it). I explained that wasn't possible for multiple reasons. They said they would call back and never did. THREE WEEKS LATER, we needed refills and a follow-up to our original issue. I called and their number was "out of service." We went up there and they were closed with no sign on the door (on a Friday before 3pm!!). Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. We called around frantically with no answers. I called on Tuesday and the receptionist had the nerve to be rude when I kindly explained our concern and needs. She said that in her notes they told us 3 weeks ago "to do XYZ" which was completely untrue (are you adding false call notes to his medical records??) We also paid for genetic testing and never got the results. When I called to ask for the status (3 months later), they said "oh, we can email them to you." But didn't know when. What were they waiting on? These are too many errors for our liking. Horrible customer service to top it off.

Had an appointment today and the front desk receptionist made a nasty comment about my child. It was very inappropriate and I think it definitely needs to be addressed. My son is on the autism spectrum and whatever episode she/he is having you should always keep it professional. No one should have to endure the frustration I am experiencing! I did make sure to express my feelings with the doctor!
