Dr. Kolli is an exceptional psychiatrist who takes the time to truly listen and understand what's going on. She's knowledgeable, compassionate, and creates treatment plans that actually work for your life. I never feel rushed during appointments, and she's genuinely invested in my progress. What really sets this practice apart is having executive function coaching integrated into the care. Working with Ken has been transformative for managing the daily challenges that medication alone couldn't address. Having both psychiatric care and executive function coaching under one roof means my treatment team is actually coordinating - they're on the same page about my goals and progress. No more bouncing between providers who don't communicate with each other. The team-based approach here is incredibly thoughtful.
