Krista was just what I needed when I was struggling at my demanding job and considering a career change. Her course gave me so many skills and broke down lifelong barriers that even after 6 months of finishing my sessions with her I still feel free of those negative self images that come from a life of ADD and I still use the skills she taught me every single day. She’s warm personal and the coaching is highly individualized. Worth every penny! Seriously life changing.

Suitable Solutions is an amazing place. Krista helped me find the skills to not just manage but turn my ADHD into a super power. She really dials in to your specific issues to guide you to where you want to be. I think 80% of good therapy is having a therapist that you can relate to and who can relate to you (The other 20% is, of course, you gotta do the work). Krista has experience ADHA/ADD firsthand.
