I have been seeing Lana for over a year now and she is so so amazing at what she does. I literally can’t compliment her enough. She has helped me navigate grief, trauma, a toxic relationship, etc. It is so apparent that she cares deeply for her clients and she cheers you on throughout your journey! I recommend her to all my friends! Best therapist in NWA.

Near the end of 2023, I started seeing Lana. I hadn't had in-person therapy in a long time but I knew it was what I needed. Five minutes into our consultation I knew that I was meant to find her. She has helped me realize so much about myself. It's kind of hard to review her without getting into my mental health journey. But. Just know, I've never been a better person than the one I am today. I've worked hard and Lana helped me do the work, even when it felt impossible.
