This place may be ok if they straighten out their business structure. Checking in to an appointment requires answering the same 10 questions every single week in order to get a link to your appointment, which disappears if you don’t do it same day. 100% redundant and unnecessary.. Sometimes the check in will surprise you with a random mental health evaluation which you don’t have time to complete if you’re checking in right before your appointment. They charge you $100 for a missed appointment, even if it’s their fault due to their crappy check-in process; no first time warnings. I had to beg everyday for 2+ weeks to get my medical records which still isn’t available in my patient portal where it should be. My therapist says every client she has hates this businesses check-in for all the same reasons. My orthodontist has a digital check in, all I have to do is text “C” back to confirm my appointment.. Life Stance cannot figure out how to make the check-in swift and easy, or how to separate the check in from the appointment link which causes big problems when it doesn’t need to.. I’ve started to refuse the unreasonable check in and now just tell the office to send me an appointment link until they can figure it out..
