Calling for my daughter for counseling and medication management very rude asking personal information to can’t even tell me what they’re waiting time is to schedule a appointment. I just needed to know how long it would take because my daughter at the end of the month is out of medication, but instead of saying, it would take two weeks three weeks to get counseling and then X amount of time after that, they chose to say that they needed personal information to answer any questions and then when I asked for our office manager, I waited on hold for 15 minutes all just to get hung up on If you’re looking for Behavioral health services look somewhere else. The office is very mismanaged. I’m surprised they’re still in business. what it seems to me as it’s very discriminatory they want to run your insurance. They wanna run your name before they even give you an appointment that’s wrong that’s discriminating and to ask people personal information when you’re not even their physician that’s wrong as well.

It is very convenient because I dont have a car at the moment. So I dont have to pay anymore ubers until I get my car 😁
