I have seen the Nurse Practitioner Markutty Francis 5 times in the last 6 months. She spends about 5-10 minutes with me each time. She routinely doesn’t pay attention. She has messed up my medications and been confused about directions she has specifically written on my medication bottles. She always asks if I’m still doing a particular treatment even though I’ve stopped that treatment after our fist visit. I do not feel that I am getting adequate care.

I'm disappointed that my doctor left LifeStance with no explanation to me. I was blindsided. I had been seeing her for at least 6 years. This has created for me a level of distrust. Lifestance assigned me a new doctor whom I know nothing about like it was no big deal. And now I'm having trouble getting my meds since my appointment with the new doctor was rescheduled a month down the road.
