What a wonderful team!!! I went for the TMS treatments and was always greeted by the warmest staff, Caitlyn was so knowledgeable about treatments and process and kept integrity of treatments consistent she goes above and beyond for her patients and the office, Michael was like seeing an old friend and catching up each time. Any questions on process, insurance, anything and everything Tiffany the office manager was so kind and no question ever felt dumb to ask. This staff works hard on creating a welcoming environment around growth, wellness and healing. It’s bittersweet now with treatments over but I am so happy to have this office as a resource now.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst experience I ever had and I didn’t get past the receptionist. I filled out all the paperwork and because I didn’t have a credit card to put on file they wouldn’t see me. I said I can pay you cash or by check and I can bring a card back another time. They said absolutely not that’s our policy. I got turned away for the most ridiculous reasons in the world when I needed help the most. I wouldn’t take my dog to this place. Btw, huge flag if you want to pay them and they still don’t want to see you.smh
