Mark D. Ackerman, Ph.D

Dr. Ackerman met with me during a contentious custody case at the most important time of my life. There had been allegations of my mental instability in the aftermath of many years of emotional abuse. He ran many objective tests paired with extensive discussions about my progress in life, my moods, my goals, and the long-term effects of the abuse on my mental state and well-being. The diagnosis and his thorough report that filtered for falsified responses aided me in showing to the court that I was experiencing normal reactions to what had happened. It was invaluable in winning final permanent custody of my children, and I highly recommend Dr. Mark! He is also very friendly and easy to talk to.

I was recommended to Dr. Ackerman's office, while in the process for hiring back in my previous profession. Which due to VA disability ratings, required a fit for duty and in depth examination. Dr. Ackerman was very professional and went through years of medical records to give an accurate and in depth evaluation. I would recommend his services for anyone that would need his services.
