Good providers, but terrible practice. Unable to run a competent office. Impossible to contact. Several times a year there are issues with prescriptions. You keep to your appointments, you are prescribed medications, and then they fail to process refill requests or submit new prescriptions for controlled meds. This leads to patients going days or weeks with their medications. Any little hiccup, say the provider needs to reschedule, nothing that you would expect of any medical practice gets done. You have a current account, you have appointments made and kept, and they continuously let you down. For psychiatric care, consistency is everything and this place fails. Do not recommend. Providers should bail being associated with this practice.

Front office is horrible, claire is great. My psychiatrist has been amazing and very helpful, but this front office is the absolute worst. Can't ever get ahold of anyone, never return voicemails, always having trouble capturing my insurance. I had to go into the office because they wont answer their phones and my message still doesn't get passed down to my psychiatrist. I have been 2 weeks without my medication now simply because the front office cant do their job.
