Dr. Jackson is phenomenal and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I have seen many psychiatrists throughout my life and have struggled to find someone who made me feel heard and genuinely cared for. I have been a patient for the past 2 years and started seeing her to manage my anxiety that was completely out of control and ruining my life. I was absolutely desperate for some relief and hope. I worked alongside her and a therapist over 2 years and was able to get my life back and not be controlled by my anxiety. I felt listened to and well educated by her throughout the whole process. She was always straightforward and empathetic with me and allowed my voice to be heard and considered when it came to medication management. I never felt rushed through appointments and she always made sure to give me plenty of time for questions and discussion. I'm thankfully no longer needing her services but if I am to need psychiatric care in the future, I will be back.
