The Dr's I have dealt with are great but the billing department will keep charging you for things you don't owe and will send non-stop texts, even after you have verified you do not owe it. They booked me two appointments in one day for counseling and psyche and then, day of, told me my insurance won't pay for two in one day. I had already paid for both but said I would have to pay again for the next appointment because that's how their system works. Then they proceed to tell me that they do not do refunds. A few weeks later a got my appointment times mixed up and they charged me $100 no show fee that I had no clue about. They said they would apply the $30 copay I had already paid (that they kept telling me they couldn't reimburse for an issue THEY caused) to the no show fee. Still months later they are saying I owe $30 for god knows what. Very incompetent and rude billing department.

My time with MindPath was a mixed bag. My first provider left his practice there after my first two visits, which already made things difficult. The evaluation was cursory and he ended up accepting inaccurate labels that I received through my hometown’s mental health service. My second provider, the one I saw the longest, was helpful in starting new meds that began to control my symptoms. He also heard me out with life’s stressors at the time. But when he recommended dating apps/new relationships as a natural solution, things went south. I already had deep, unresolved issues that caused me to take things personally. Then pairing that trait with following my provider’s advice resulted in me pursuing one-sided relationship. The lesson I’ve learned with MindPath is that you can trust them for treating symptoms, but don’t expect too much help for resolving real trauma, the cause of many mental health issues.
