Wow! this place, i have been going for TMS and Ketatime treatments since August of 2025. The people in the office, PA and dr’s are so kind, caring, and helpful. if you need some support they have this assistance call in when you need to talk. They have so much INSITE in the Mental health. I have been seen counselor, psychiatrist, therapists they didn’t fit what I need. Montana psychiatrist I feel from when the 1st person you walk in you feel welcomed, to the Dr Amato, the nurses do all what they can do to help you the best they can, and in my experience when i have a questions and they can’t answer, they will go to each other and some research, to try to find the answer. They work with you, together!!!

UPDATE 12/19/25 ONE MONTH after what happened, today I was charged $214 automatically out of my bank account WITHOUT ever getting a statement. When I spoke to the billing department they told me they only do online statements. Interesting because I received a physical statement last month. I'm done dealing with MT Psychiatry's poor billing practices. I canceled all my future appointments. Also, if you're wanting counseling just be aware they don't schedule you on a consistent basis. They don't book the same day & time for you weekly. This made receiving counseling services from them more difficult for me. UPDATE: MT Psychiatry reached out to me & explained what happened. They admitted their mistake & the recent issues they've had with their billing. They offered to make it right & I appreciate that. I really hope they get their billing issues fixed bc it seems to be a consistent complaint amongst patients. I've been a patient at MT Psychiatry for 5+ years. If it weren't for me liking my provider Kaitlin S. so much I'd probably leave due to their billing practices. I received a statement for $153 due on 12/5. I was fully prepared to pay that amount on the due date. Tell me why MT Psychiatry took out $292 from my bank acct today, 11/19? More than two weeks BEFORE the due date. If pending insurance claims got processed then send me a new statement! AND don't take my payment until the due date! So unethical. Way to put your patients in financial hardships when they're coming to this company for mental health reasons. Insane.
