I absolutely love NWI Health. The front office staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and informative—making the whole experience smooth and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The practitioner I saw was caring and supportive, truly taking the time to listen and understand. And Dr. Pavlis is absolutely amazing. You can tell his heart is fully in this mission, and it’s inspiring to witness. I highly recommend NWI Health, especially for veterans looking for compassionate, high-quality care.

I recently visited this clinic to get help for my mental health and for other issues When I met with this female Doctor she came at me sideways from the start had an attitude with me and just completely being rude and looked at me as if I was nothing more than a pill junkie. Looking for a fix when in reality. I am somebody that is severely mentally. Ill trying to seek help. It is sad that someone that is trying so hard to make themselves better.Get treated with such disrespect from a person that chose to have that type of job
