Sometimes, it is so helpful for kids to hear ideas/strategies reinforced by other trusted adults besides Mom and Dad. We crossed paths with Meg just when we needed this kind of extra support and encouragement from someone else! After years of working in the school setting, Meg has so much wisdom and advice to share with anyone - children and adults - who could benefit from techniques to improve focus, organization, awareness of one's environment, etc. After several individual coaching sessions over the course of a month, my middle school daughter has better learned how to set herself up for more success during the school day. Meg helped us figure out what kind of rewards most effectively motivate her, a simplified planner/note taking system that she is actually independently using, how to visualize tasks before setting off to complete them, and more. Executive functioning struggles are frustrating for an individual, as well as family members, teachers, co-workers, and everyone else who is affected. There is hope, though, for improvement! I highly recommend reaching out to Meg for her valuable training and support. Investing just a few weeks into her coaching could be the start of a new, more confident, more organized way of going through the day!

Meg is an amazing coach. She was very encouraging and engaging throughout every session. She challenged me to think in various ways to help me with my difficulties in memory, procrastination, and reading skills. I am grateful to have found her and pack so much in before I head off to college.
