My Psychiatrist

I have been going here since I was 18 and received my diagnosis and medication from Katerina Gradeva. She has been absolutely life-changing and is more than just a psychiatrist—she truly listens and cares like a therapist. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of booking with Jenny Latorre because Katerina had no availability. A request to change providers has been submitted multiple times with no success. She is late to our appointments, and I feel as though she couldn’t care less about me or whether I agree with the medication she is prescribing that I’m expected to take every day. I am paying to see her for about five minutes, and she has horrible bedside manner. She has told me it is better to gain weight while I am on semaglutide so that I will take the medication she wants me to take—medication I do not want. I never want to see her again and would like my copay refunded. Thank you.

Katarina.was very easy to talk to. She was very courteous and kind and very professional. She made me feel confident of treating my condition. She had greatknowledge of my condition and how to treat it. I would recommend her to any and everyone, New post It's my 3rd appointment with Katarina and I'm doing great she has gone above and beyond helping me.
