Bryan has been fantastic to work with. Since working with him, I have noticed increased confidence in my ability to make tough decisions, in my ability to have difficult conversations with my team/staff, and just an overall feeling of being more complete as a leader. Bryan pushes you to think and work outside of the box, and at times can force you to get out of your comfort zone, which I feel is extremely important in terms of leadership and is one of the main reasons I chose to work with Bryan and Next Level. I highly recommend Next Level Coaching to anyone looking to improve their executive level leadership skills. Not only that, but I have also noticed improvements in my personal life and personal relationships through several of the exercises and skills developed through Bryan's methods. Highly recommend!

The Hero's Journey Process has been tremendous for me. It provided so much insight into myself, my belief systems and habits. It has helped me look at my life experience through a new lens. The scientific insights and various readings and videos help to support the work with greater understanding to our nature. Bryan is an excellent coach and understands how to meet you where you are and assist with guiding you through the process to your own success.
