I went to therapy here for 2 months and overall liked my therapist and got what I wanted out of my sessions. My problems were more with communication with the office. They never answer the phone so email is really the main communication they use. I noticed after the 6th session that the amount I was paying was much higher than the good faith estimate they gave me at the beginning. When I asked them about it, they completely ignored me. Edit: Dr. Bagnell reached out to me and we figured it out.
