Was looking for arranging an appointment for someone and although this business could not help, Lawrence (front desk) was kind enough to pass me a list of 10-15 businesses which could. Definitely above and beyond customer service and greatly appreciated!

At first I was skeptical in doing testing to see if I had a disability or ADHD since it runs in my family. After I had my first consult with Dr. Umphress, I felt relieved that he was there to not only help me but find the cause in why I have a hard time with certain tasks at work. So far, I felt comfortable with the staff and doctor because he reassured me that a lot of people have the type of symptoms that I have which is, anxiety, can’t focus etc. I would have gave this place a 5 star if the testing wasn't so expensive but oh well can’t help. Otherwise, I would say i am pretty happy with my past 3 experiences at this facility and highly recommend Dr. Unphress. Dr. Umphress is so friendly and willing to listen to your problems and does not judge you. Thank you Oahu psychological services! :) Now, I just anxiously wait for my results. 🙏🏼☹️😣
