I’ve had a very disappointing experience here. The constant turnover of providers has been extremely disruptive, this will be my fourth provider in just over a year. Every time someone leaves, I’m forced to retell my entire history, which delays treatment and makes it harder to reach my mental health goals. Most recently, I met with my provider on Thursday only to be told they’re moving to another clinic. Then today (Saturday), I went to pick up my ADHD medication and was told I can’t refill it until next month. I leave tomorrow for 15 days abroad and now won’t have access to my medication during that time. When I called the after-hours line, the staff were unhelpful and said they could only “pass the message on Monday,” which will be too late since I’ll already be on the other side of the world on vacation. This shows a serious lack of support and coordination. If the clinic can’t retain providers, the least they could do is ensure patients have access to their prescribed medication and that after-hours staff are able to provide meaningful help.

The only reason I'm putting one star here. Is the fact that my disability and depression. Made it where I had accidentally missed three different appointments. So they 86 me little did I know that their rule is if you missed three you're gone. So I'm just letting any and everyone know to make sure to write them down post them on your forehead. Put them on your walls your doors everywhere you can so you do not miss your appointments or you will be out of a psychiatrist. When I was asking them to give me a second chance they told me no dice. Other than that the people are nice the psychiatrists are nice. The website is not that great they do not have any text messages to be able to let someone know that their virtual appointment is ready to go. If I was going to rate their website it would be a two.
