Outsider Consulting

My leader engaged Outsider Consulting to work with our team in preparing for upcoming role transitions. Jamey worked with each of us individually and as a group to get to know us and design sessions that would be relevant to our specific needs. I loved that he began with a thorough assessment to get to know our strengths, preferences, stressors, etc. This was useful for self awareness and provided a meaningful lens to view my own performance. He also used the results in the workshop to help us understand how we collectively engage as a group. Working with Outsider Consulting was a wonderful experience and helped me elevate my leadership effectiveness!

Jamey was phenomenal to work with! We worked through a Hogan self assessment for all of the officers on our fire department. Jamey followed that up with a very intensive in person session. Though tough for some people to verbalize their thoughts and feelings, it went a long way in raising the level of understanding of each other and how we accomplish the same goals in different ways. Outsider Consulting was so well received that we brought Jamey back to work through the Lencioni Team assessment which built upon the Hogan assessment and tied the personal tendencies to the officer's ability to function as a team.
