I did not like my experience here, I don’t feel like my assessment was thorough enough. I met with her, the adhd test was just me pressing a button over and over for like 10 mins. I came back a week later and she didn’t even remember who I was or why I was there. Someone else was in there when doing my assessment, which I hated. They rushed through my IQ test. After all the testing was done, I asked if anything else was needed from me, I was told no, they would reach out if they needed anything. Weeks went by, I was waiting for my report, they finally emailed me saying they’re waiting on me to finish a test they sent. What test? No one reached out to me! I asked for someone to call me and her assistant lied and said she lost her voice and couldn’t contact me. Then contacted me the next day as if I forgot her lie! You magically got your voice completely back the next day? Very unprofessional! I was told heather would go over my results with me and she didn’t. I didn’t hear from heather at all after our second meeting. I went home and cried for hours after our first meeting but thought I was just being overly sensitive. I now have to get tested again somewhere else because I don’t trust the results I got here.

Heather’s work is truly extraordinary. She is a true public servant and advocate for adults with autism and intellectual disabilities. I can’t say enough about how thorough she is. If I could nominate her for a Nobel prize, I would. I am not exaggerating when I say that this woman deserves some kind of public recognition or an award for what she does.
