If you're looking for a BIPOC therapist in Iowa, Mary is the one! I appreciate her cultural awareness that leads to connection and deeper healing. She is trained in EMDR to help you to work through trauma so that it no longer keeps you stuck. I can tell that she is passionate about the work she does, and I highly recommend Pathway to Healing Counseling!

If you’re looking for a BIPOC therapist who’s relatable, understanding, and skilled in trauma therapy, Mary is incredible. She is mindful to create a comfortable space and is highly skilled in EMDR therapy to help you work through your past in a way that feels supportive and empowering.
