Sharolyn Payton worked with me to help ensure that an article series I was writing aligned well with the principles of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. She provided lots of helpful feedback and fresh ideas. When we hit sticky points, as will happen with complex issues, we worked through them together constructively. Her contribution left me with a stronger finished product. I would definitely work with her again.

I have been able to work with Sharolyn Payton of Payton Place for more than 4 years. I was fortunate to hire her as a business coach as support in bringing structure to my vision. After working with Sharolyn I firmed the vision & have been able to expand services offered to my clients.
