The lack of caring. Don’t go to this place. Was just told because of my insurance it would be $300 up front in order to see a Dr. I get it, not really there fault but they only seemed to only care that they cover there appointment. At the end they tell me good luck. Like thank you. I guess it’s easier to live being depressed than get help.

The nurse practitioner Grace is absolutely horrid I am a psych nurse I told my 18 year old daughter I didn’t like the psych meds Grace put my daughter on after meeting with her once ! Once ! We sat with Grace to talk about these meds I wasn’t going to budge and I didn’t and Grace looked at my daughter and said well you are 18 so you don’t have to listen to your mom …. Awesome …. Also when I left the room Grace asked my daughter where I work …. If you’re curious why not ask me …. She’s the epitome of unprofessional
