I highly recommend Platinum Psychiatry. My experience with Alisha has been excellent. She is attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Special thanks to Chandler, who has always been helpful, responsive, and proactive in answering my questions and making sure everything runs smoothly

This used to be a good practice, AVIOD AT ALL COSTS! I started with Dr Shorten in 2019 for anxiety and panic attack within about a year and a half he told me that he was stepping away from his practice to due other ventures um ok. I started with Amber Faccest and she was excellent. I started having issues with this practice about a year and a half to two years after Mel left the previous office manager. The new office manager is Chandler and boy is he a piece of work. All of sudden I start having scheduling issues and then they drop the fee the charge a month just for being a patient in the practice which is over 75$ a month for them doing nothing. Amber Faccest quit a month ago I was not informed by the practice which I brought up to Chandler and he just said we'll someone should have called you and then proceeds to tell me he's a one man show so wouldn't he be the one calling? Make it make sense. Then I called multiple times yesterday and no answer because they took the day off? Who doesn't work on Columbus day? Chandler calls me back today i go through all my points and he's a mess cant answer basic patient questions and turns on his temper when he's challenged about why mistakes were made and keep happening. After this I tell him I'm going to another practice and he says good because I cant take it listening to this crap anymore. Thats what you get with the office manager at this place. I have the whole call reordered,I think I will be filling a formal complaint with health and human services. Stay as far away from whatever this place is, because all the good people left. Also I am a Traumatic brain injury survivor and a person with multiple medical disabilities so if they treat me this way how will they treat you.
