I google "Dr. Psyche" whenever I need to get the number to her office in cases where I have to cancel an appointment due to work conflicts, resulting in this time, my coming across a very negative review of her practice that I do not agree with, so I wanted to share my experience. Dr. Xu is a compassionate listener who has helped me learn more about myself and my own values in order to better live a more thoughtful and intentional life. I have been going to her practice for about 4 months now, once a week, and I can tell you that although I have been very skeptical in the past (afraid even) of starting therapy, that my experience has been nothing but the best. Therapy is difficult, and the more clutter that you have in your life, the more difficult it may be. As of late, she has helped me to better identify ways in which I can more effectively live by the values I believe in. If you're looking for a kind, competent & empathetic psychiatrist, I highly recommend Dr. Xu.
