Highly recommend Sarah!!! My high school athlete had performance anxiety and it become so bad she would dread meets and wanted to quit the sport. She worked Sarah to identify the triggers and Sarah helped her develop the tools she needed to make race day a success! She is now loving the sport, dropping time and even winning team spirit awards! She will continue working with Sarah and through college to sharpen those tools!
