Honestly awful experience. We were told we owe nothing out of pocket and billing would contact us if we did beforehand. Billing never called. Randomly received a bill around 2pm saying that day was the due date. For the 2nd appointment no one showed up at all for the zoom call. Called several times. No one answered the phone. After 20 mins of calling someone texted saying they are trying to figure out the situation. I have the text messages saying the date and time of the appointment. So Unprofessional. Answer your phone.
