I just finished my first appointment with Kelly. I was so nervous at first mainly because I am not native speaker not knowing how to express myself in great English. But she was very calm and understanding, I've had a great experience.

Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with Kelly. From the moment we connected virtually, I felt like nothing more than a piece of gum stuck to the bottom of her shoe. It took everything in me not to cry or completely shut down during the appointment. She didn’t seem to want to hear me at all—she kept talking over me, citing incorrect information from my chart, and never actually listened to what I was saying. On top of that, she threw in a few unnecessary jabs that were painful to hear, especially coming from a provider. If I wanted to be treated like garbage and made to feel even worse than I already do, I could have just gone straight to the source of my problems. It’s really disappointing, but I won’t be going back and definitely would never recommend her.
