Ruby Mental Wellness invoiced us $44 more than their out-of-pocket (no-insurance) prices since I have insurance even though insurance paid precisely $0 towards the total. This happened for multiple visits. No one was going to mention anything until I brought it up. If you are forced to do business with Ruby, please ask a lot of questions about their prices because they are not forthcoming with this information. The only reason I am still a patient at Ruby Mental Wellness is because of how wonderful my nurse practitioner (Brandy Henrikson) is.

They ran late without communicating they were about 10 min behind schedule, didn't apologize. When prompted to use the secure messaging portal to contact the provider, I found messaging to be disabled on their end. Provider told me if I ate healthy and took more walks I'd feel better. Ma'am, I've had diagnosed mental illness since I was 8, I don't think more salads will fix that.
