Unprofessional, cannot get ahold of provider whatsoever. Child has been without meds, have called and left 2 voicemails. Rushed visits, try to put you on med after med without checking with insurance. Going to see a provider at essentia instead. They do not care about your wellbeing

Laura has been absolutely phenomenal in my time at St. Sophies! She does an excellent job at listening to my side and working with me and applying her knowledge to find treatment that works, and it has also been very refreshing with how open she is to learning about other aspects of myself she was not too familiar with, such as me being transgender and how masculinizing hormone therapy works. She is very personable, kind, and knowledgeable and I cannot recommend her enough.
